Dr. Richard Roetzheim named Florida Family Physician of the YearDecember 5, 2011The Florida Academy of Family Physicians (FAFP) has named USF’s Richard Roetzheim, MD, MSPH, the 2011 Florida Family Physician of the Year. Dr. Fenske receives inaugural Dermatologist of the Year AwardNovember 21, 2011Dr. J. Robert Hamill (right), USF affiliate faculty member and past president of the Florida West Dermatology Society, presented the inaugural award to Dr. Fenske. Neil Alan Fenske, M.D., professor and chair of the Department of Dermatology and Cutaneous Surgery, recently received the 2011 Dermatology of the Year Award from the longstanding Florida West Coast Society of Dermatology. A new name and a new partnerSeptember 20, 2011USF Health has a new neighbor: Florida Hospital Tampa. That’s because on Tuesday, the hospital across the street changed its name – a change that also will signal a greater partnership with USF Health.
