The American Medical Technologies Education Division partnered with St. Petersburg College on Friday, September 23, 2016, offering Wound Care 2016: It Takes a Village: Do You Have a Cohesive, Functional Wound Prevention and Care Team?
Licensed Healthcare Providers were invited to attend, focusing on proper wound care techniques, product utilization, and reduction of wound care costs. The instructor, Dr. Pamela Scarborough, PT, DPT, led the one day conference, sharing various models of wound care, including unidisciplinary, multidisciplinary, interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary approaches.
