Faculty, staff, and students unite from all four colleges of USF Health to celebrate the grand opening of phase 2 of the Student Services Center, known as the WELL. The WELL’s opening debut occurred during the spring of 2014 and was built with the foundation to include shared student success, inter-professional relationships, and a collaborative approach to learning. Upon the collection of student surveys and input, phase 2 will provide additional study rooms for students, healthy food options, and the use of a serenity and lactation room—benefits that have never before been offered on the USF Health campus.
Dr. Gina Musolino, Professor and Coordinator of Clinical Education, and Mr. Stephen Brock, 2nd year DPT student, assisted in the ribbon cutting event as representatives of the School of Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Sciences. Following the ceremony, attendees enjoyed lunch at The Table at Four Corners restaurant inside the WELL, and toured the new facility. This addition supports the USF Health and WELL mission to place student success above all else. Go Bulls!
