This year’s BANDaids for BRIDGE Benefit was held on Friday, February 2, 2018 at the T. Pepin Hospitality Centre in Tampa, Florida. Hosted by USF Health Morsani College of Medicine, the community was invited to support the BRIDGE Clinic in Tampa Bay by enjoying dinner, a silent auction, and performances.
The BRIDGE Healthcare Clinic is a student-run free clinic, located on the University of South Florida’s North Campus. It was created in 2007 to treat patients with compassion and care through the collaborative efforts of medicine, social work, physical therapy, pharmacy, and public health providers.
Representing the School of PT and Rehab Sciences at this year’s event were Dr. Kenneth Taylor, BRIDGE faculty preceptor; Dr. Michelle Maracle, Orthopaedic Physical Therapy Resident; and DPT 2019 students: Sara Stannard, David Kroger, Sandrine Urias, and Allise Dubay.
