This year the USF Health Doctor of Physical Therapy program had a record number of acceptances to residency program for the class of 2022. Each year there are usually two -three graduates who choose a residency immediately following graduation, but this year there are five graduating students accepting placements in various residency programs across the country. They include:
- Xavier Prado (Top Left) – James A. Haley VA Hospital, Orthopaedic Residency
- Taylor Berlin (Top Middle) – Nova Southeastern University, Neurologic Residency
- Keschel Hernandez (Top Right) – Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center, Neurologic Residency
- Marissa Gagliano (2nd Row Left) – James A. Haley VA Hospital, Orthopaedic Residency
- Sarah Kollas (2nd Row Middle) – Neurologic Residency, UCF/Orlando Health
- Alex Adler (2nd Row Right) – USF Health Orthopaedic Residency Program
- Jaclyn Graham (Bottom) – James A Haley VA Hospital, Neurologic Residency
This not only shows the continued pursuit of further learning from our graduates, but also the desire for these competitive residency programs to select our graduates. Each student had to apply and in most cases interview for these selective residency spots.
