For the first time in history, the USF College of Public Health offered it’s free Flu Shot Drive during Homecoming Week. According to event organizer Ellen Kent, MPH, more than 1,300 vaccines were administered this year—up from 1,100 in 2012. Several local radio and television stations promoted the event, including Health News Florida.
