USF Health celebrates homecoming this week

Expect to see the USF campus filled with even more green and gold than usual this week as students, faculty, staff and alumni celebrate Homecoming Week, today through Oct. 26.

For the first time, USF Health is hosting an activity each day of Homecoming Week,  culminating in student participation on an interprofessional float in Friday’s parade that begins 7 p.m. near the Marshall Student Center and ends at Fowler fields.  The float, titled “USF Health Supports Veterans Coming Home,” was constructed by students from the colleges of medicine, nursing, public health and pharmacy.  It has an Emerald City theme with a patriotic twist.
